Liss Athletic 3–4 Andover Town

Another new venue for Town today for the trip to Liss who were actually in the Wessex league until a few years ago. A warm and sunny autumn afternoon on a very attractive tree-lined pitch which looked to have an excellent playing surface. Town wore their second all white strip since Liss play in all blue.

Andover Town 0–0 (2–3 pens) Broughton

Broughton were the visitors to Portway today in the first round of the Hampshire Premier League Cup and although they are one division lower than Town this will be a tough ask as they have won all their matches to date this season and top their division. Kick off was on a dull but very calm afternoon and the playing surface looked excellent. Broughton brought a large and vociferous away support.

Town travelled down to Southsea to play Meon Milton who they have never met before. The two teams were separated by two divisions last season so it will be interesting to see how the match pans out.
